- Imported / Pre-booking Orders:  
  Delivered within 7-10 business days.  
  *Note: Timelines for imported items depend on international shipping schedules and customs clearance, which may occasionally cause slight variations.*

- Accessories:  
  Delivered within 2-4 business days.  
  - 24-hour delivery** available in select areas.  
  - 48-hour dispatch** applicable in certain locations.

- Pond Services & Customized Projects:  
  Delivery and service timelines are based on mutual discussion and agreement during the call/conversation with our team. Timelines vary depending on the project type, scope, and requirements for pond construction and related services.

 2. Shipping Methods

We dispatch orders from our farms using the fastest and most suitable mode of transport for your location:

- **Railway** and **Flight** services for major locations.
- **Bus Cargo** services where they provide the quickest route.

The shipping partner and method are chosen based on availability and fastest delivery route. Charges vary depending on the mode selected (Bus Cargo, Railway, or Flight) and customer requirements.

3. Order Tracking & Updates

- Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking details via SMS and/or Email.
- You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number.
- We actively coordinate from our end to ensure smooth delivery. However, **mutual coordination** between the customer and the courier partner is essential for faster and hassle-free delivery.

 4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Weight and volume of the package
- Shipping method (Railway/Flight/Bus Cargo)
- Delivery location
